Critical Bug Preventing Players from Opening Boxes! Urgent Fix Needed!
When I try to open a different box that comes out of a box I opened, the game crashes. I tested this separately on the console, web application, and mobile app, and the same error occurs every time. As if that weren’t enough, it also prevents me from opening other boxes without opening this one first. Right now, people might be missing their tasks because of this issue!
Players all over the world who paid money to play this game are being blocked from playing due to such a simple-looking bug. How can a company that makes money this way still not fix this issue? It’s been almost a day, and there is still no improvement. You are going to lose a lot of players this way, EA! As if the general dissatisfaction with the game wasn’t enough, now players have to deal with such errors too! We are urgently waiting for a fix!
