kicked out of champions play offs

I played my second game. Won 11-2 I HAVE A CLIP OF THE REF ALREADY BLOWING THE WHISTLE. Then suddenly i get kicked into main menu. Game counts as lost. this already happened a lot of the times i played squad battles. i just didn‘t really care back then. but in champions? I want the compensation, i got told i‘d receive for the squad battles matches, from the support, that I never got, or my money back. this is unbelievable
