Maguire missing after pack opening

I just bouger a 1 500 fc point pack on the app companion today at 1:03 am

at the opening, Maguire 92 poped up at first.

then in the Card list, it wasn’t there anymore and hé is not in my club.
So please give me Maguire back or I want a refund
