Problem with evolution

I was in the evolution part, and when I went to press (B, on the Xbox) to go back, out of nowhere an evolution started and I lost 100 thousand coins, I wanted to know if there is a way for someone from EA Esports to help me get a refund of my coins and return to the evolution, as I intended to make another player or even not do it.
