Hi EA I just finished weekly play objective 4 times and I didn't receive the reward for the competition it's still says I completed it only 3/5 times I want explain for this because also I didn't receive around 30k coins

Hello EA, im facing the same issue, but now the objective isnt tracking at all and isnt updated. its stuck on 3/5 when i should be 5/5 completed. I havent received any of the awards from the objective after the 3rd completion. Ive opened a ticket on the help page but was instructed to post on the forum aswell
