Season 6 weekly completion

I have completed season 6 weekly completion 5 times got reward for 4 times only. I let EA support know it but still they didn’t solve it. How absurd and unprofessional. Now everyone got the reward but I didn’t. I don know when will they fix it and give me my reward. Every time I try to contact them they say the same thing. Just fix it and give me my reward
