Serious issues with gameplay

Well this game is getting more and more ridiculous I have spent so much money on this game and got very little to show for it the gameplay is shocking why is my players movements so slow my team do not play per their attributes my players with high strength get pushed of the ball shielding the ball does nor work for me as my opponents will still tackle me from behind passes are slow and sloppy and often not going in the right direction some instances I passed the ball forward and it went backwards the ai for my team is dumb and my defenders seem ro slow down when chasing opponents my players can't win the ball despite being directly in front of opponents  I'm going to quit this game very soon as I see no  point to keep playing when I'm at a clear disadvantage I'm trying to contact EA help currently I am unable to contact them when I do the page says a advisor will contact me back soon but so far nobody is contacting me back this game is getting worse the more I play just matter of time untill I quit because it's pointless to playba game when it's clearly faulty packs are constantly giving me duplicates I feel like their is little to no reward for me to keep playing ground passes are so slow players who have gold playstyles for through ball accuracy are not displaying the skills in  game my players with high shooting accuracy not displaying in game my players are unable to jockey and player movements are just pathetically slow my passing and shooting and tackling are all delayed by 2 seconds  meaning impossible to play quick pass football winger getting tackled  I have looked on the radar my player is clearly infront of opponents but opponents always get the ball first how is that possible when my player is infront of them on the radar but opponents intercepts the pass despite my player is infront of them if my issues are not resolved immediately i will have to quit as these issues are happening way to often for me to regard it as normal and it is impossible for me to progress with the issues
