Yellow Card Accumulation - European Competitions

There is a bug where yellow card accumulation rules for European competitions are not being used. If a player gets a single yellow card in a European competition they are receiving 1 match bans which exclude them from the next match. The yellow card accumulation should be a 1 match ban after 3 yellow cards.
