Yellow Circle Bug

After Title Update 11, issue still persists. Glowing green 'blob' in the defensive third of the pitch for user club in every Kick Off and Manager Career mode match since game launch (six months), and four months with yellow outlined circle on the pitch whenever player sent off for red card infraction. No mention in initial patch notes for Title Update 12 that the problem is even being investigated.

Has been appearing in Manager Career mode matches for nearly five months, since the release of Title Update 4 or 5. Usually occurs when player sent off for red card or injury. Also, there is another instance where a glowing smaller filled in circle appears in almost every match when playing in Premier League or La Liga stadiums. Unsure if problems affect matches in all camera settings, however, occurs constantly when using co-op camera, regardless of zoom level configurations. This issue has been completely ignored by developers, even though articulated in this forum numerous times.
