Careermode bug when playing with live starting points

When starting a new career with live starting point as Energie Cottbus, simulation to the new season generates a team called N/V. As soon as you play against this team, the game crashes and just closes itself. Simulation with the calendar doesnt work either. Unplayble. Fix pls
