Deep Simulation League is lost after promotion

Start a Manager Career in 3. Liga.
Enable Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga as Deep Simulation Leagues.
Get promoted to the 2. Bundesliga and then later to the Bundesliga.
After leaving the 2. Bundesliga, it no longer remains available as a Deep Simulation League. Historical data and detailed simulation are lost, even though the league was selected at the start of the save.

Expected behavior: A league selected as a Deep Simulation League should remain tracked throughout the entire save, regardless of promotions or relegations.
