Same problem, and not found any solution yet.
I found a workaround! Do the objective in Rush! That worked for me now for two evos that were stuck when tryng it in Squad Battles.
DE: Versucht mal die Aufgaben in Rush abzuschließen mit den betroffenen Evo Spielern. Das hat jetzt funktioniert bei mir.
