Evolution Missing Despite Still Being Available

Hello EA Support,

I unlocked my Eto’o card and wanted to start the WTSS Evolution, but the Evolution does not appear in Ultimate Team.

According to FUTBIN, the Evolution is still available and has remaining time left. I also saw videos recently showing the Evolution as active.

I never started the Evolution before, and I already checked both console and Companion App.

Could you please check why the Evolution is missing from my account?
