I was 11/0 and then i played against a silver/bronze Team and i couldnt played my players. He played all my players and his ki scored against me

same for me, 3 times already... last time today in fut champs when i was 4-0...
Here some screenshot from the game from 10minutes ago:Had the same problem on friday went from 7-0 to 7-2 due to 2 hackers back to back. I tried reporting and contacting ea while the game was still on but they ignored me and just asked me to report him which obviously is the first thing that comes to mind
