Missing evolutions, need evolution extension

Hi everyone, unfortunately I have multiple bugs that makes me miss some evolutions currently:

• I bought the Store Pack containing the birthday evo twice, but somehow got only one evo.
• I completed the Asia & Oceania on friday, but did not receive the evolutions.

I understand that you are already aware of this & we will receive the content soon.

Could you please extend ALL the evolutions that are available currently, so that we are still able to build the same evos? Especially for the store pack, one of the combinations currently available was actually the reason why I bought the pack!
