I’m affected by the exact same issue.

My Unai López Road to the Knockouts card also lost Incisive Pass after a live upgrade, following an Evolution where Incisive Pass was earned and upgraded to PlayStyle+.

This confirms it is not an isolated case, but a systemic issue with Evolutions and live upgrades.

I have already contacted EA Support and was advised to document it here as well.
