Team-Building Game Freeze

I play on ps4. For 2-3 days now i am not able to build a new Team and switch or even put in players from my club. This happens directly before i search for an opponent as well as doing so in the menu in my club. This does not apply for putting in players directly from the transfer market. When i want choose one i cant choose any other afterwards as it just freezes. I funnily am able to switch with the right stick and the Game reacts to it but anything else is just frozen.

Seriously need help for that as it is crazy annoying.
