Transfer Market

Hello EA Support,

I'm experiencing a bug in EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team that is preventing me from progressing and unlocking the Transfer Market.

My Foundations objective "Complete the Foundations EVO" (Grundlagen-EVO abschließen) is permanently stuck at 0/1. The objective requires me to complete the "Intro: Boni-EVOs" Evolution.

The problem is that this Evolution is no longer available on my account:

• My Evolutions is completely empty.
• I do not have the Rewards tab in the Evolutions menu.
• The required "Intro: Boni-EVOs" Evolution is missing, so there is no way for me to complete the objective.
• Because of this, I am unable to unlock the Ultimate Team Transfer Market.

I created my Ultimate Team earlier, took a break from the game, and recently returned. It appears that my account is affected by the same known Foundations Evolution bug that other players have reported on the EA Forums.

I have already restarted the game, checked all Evolution tabs, and confirmed that the required Evolution is not available anywhere. I have also attached screenshots showing:

• the Foundations objective stuck at 0/1,
• an empty "My Evolutions" page,
• and the available Evolutions menu without the required Intro Evolution.

Could you please review my account and either restore/reset the missing Foundations Evolution or manually complete the objective so I can continue progressing and unlock the Transfer Market?
