Unfair account ban

Hello! My EA FC 26 account was temporarily ban (for 28 days). This ban was activated with the message "Balance Transfer." I've been playing this game for many years and have never violated any rules. I have not made any transactions with in-game currency. I have purchased the official currency, FC Points, several times for in-game donations. Perhaps this is just a terrible mistake. I'm 37 years old, my account has existed since 2022, and I am an absolutely honest user. I hope you will investigate and correct this misunderstanding. I request immediate access to my account.
