“Franchise Mode Broken – Cloud and Offline Options Unclickable on Xbox One”

I purchased Madden NFL 25 for Xbox One and cannot access either Cloud or Offline Franchise mode. Both options are visible but completely unclickable, even after trying every known workaround:

• Restarted the game and console
• Cleared reserved space
• Disconnected from the internet
• Created a family group and set myself as Organizer
• Verified all privacy and online safety settings are set to “Allow”
• Tried alternate profiles and guest accounts
• Launched MUT and returned to Franchise

Nothing has worked. This was never an issue in Madden 24, and Franchise mode is the main reason I buy the game. Please acknowledge this bug and provide a fix or timeline. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a game and be locked out of its core mode.
