On Xbox One, I’m unable to select either Cloud or Offline Franchise mode in Madden 25. Both options are visible but grayed out and unclickable. I’ve tried restarting, clearing reserved space, adjusting privacy settings, creating a family group, and even switching profiles—nothing works. This wasn’t an issue in Madden 24. Please fix this ASAP or provide a workaround.”
