I have reported the same missing content beginning at the launch of Madden 25 to present day, meaning the same specific content from Madden 25 that was never fixed, was missing when Madden 26 was released.(literally an exact replica of the same specific items for each individual team).
In no way is this an exaggeration, but I have posted/commented about this close to 100 different times and have never received so much as one single word of acknowledgment of the problem from anyone at EA. Many of those I have tagged moderators, often times asking only just to confirm the issue is known. Admittedly, over the past 2 years some of these posts have become more confrontational and truthfully that has more to do with somehow getting a response in any way possible. I have submitted cases on EA’s main website several times and my cases have always been closed saying they were ‘resolved’, and in each instance I never was able speak with an EA employee despite the website saying specifically that someone would reach out.
I’m not going to waste more of my time re-typing problem but in involves jersey selections missing from Online H2H mode. I’m assuming EA has access to my posts so I refer you to those where I describe the issue in detail on dozens of occasions.
I really would appreciate a simple acknowledgement of this problem given the amount of time I have wasted in an effort just to have this issue that quite frankly, is so basic for a game like Madden, for it to even exist should be unacceptable. Also, maybe an apology would be worth considering because it really has been a truly awful experience here.
