I have created a team in TeamBuilder. The team only appears in the game when I search by my username. When I try to download it it keeps saying error try again later. I have tried to re-create this team several times and I get the same issue.

EA_ShepardHopefully your meeting went well. I have another bug that I will post in the Bug report section but I will post it here as well.
To explain quickly whenever you want to add a custom layer to a jersey, you can easily do that for all colors except white. If you look at picture number 10 you can see the shape that I used. You can see the screenshot that I have in Madden team builder. You can see the numbers that I use to scale it and to properly put it on the Jersey and finally you can see the screenshot from Madden that shows that particular shape is displaying fine. (As a side note, sometimes the symbol doesn't want to upload so I had to admit if you like that but I can work around that.)
In picture number 11 you can see that I use the exact same shape and the only thing I did in powerpoint was to change the color from indigo to White and I've even done this test to make it a few hexadecimal shades darker than pure White and you could see within team builder that it displays correctly. It actually is the exact same numbers as in picture number 10. Whenever I go over to Madden 25 to preview the Jersey. It shows me something completely different than how I should expect it from number 10. It is warped and it is definitely not correct.
So in my troubleshooting in picture number 12, I actually scaled down the size of the white shape in Madden team builder and then uploaded it again and you can see what it actually looks like in the preview section in Madden 25.
I have tested this with several other colors and they all work just fine except white and colors that are near White. I don't know how close it needs to go from white to gray in order for this manipulation to stop. I also did testing to make sure that it wasn't a problem with the away uniform, which is what I've been struggling with. I use the indigo color shape and put it on the away uniform and it worked just fine. I also made a copy of the home uniform then took off the purple shape and put on the white shape and it still wouldn't display correctly. I also tested with an existing team with a different shape but made it white and it still had issues. I also test this with a brand new created team and same results.
8 months later and this is still an issue? Hurry up EA and fix your games
