Wasted money buying a product I cant even use. They really need to fix this.

Please EA, please fix this. I'm tying to be positive but we've only heard from EA_Kent once about this.

You guys are really dropping the ball when it comes to staying connected with and communicating with your Madden community. Step it up and give this community what they deserve. An update at least every 24 hours isn't hard and shouldn't have to be asked for from so called community managers. We have all invest time and money for years into this game and we just ask for more insight and better communication. #DOBETTEREA

This HAS been an issue since launch. There's dozens of threads regarding this. They are supposed to be looking into it.

We have to pay to use it and it doesn't work. It's theft. Can't get my money back can't get the problem fixed. 

I'm pretty sure EA is run by the boss from the movie Free Guy.

No issues with downloading but there is a problem when I put logo on the sleeves they show up in team builder on the website but they dont show up in the game. I'm going make a technical problem post about it.  

ActsSeven_56 Its been a known issue for a bit. I asked about this on Thursday, I believe, to see what was happening. It's on their to-do list but doesn't affect players actually playing, just an annoyance, so it's kind of on the back burner until they resolve other issues.
