Every time i try to load my most recent madden franchise it just brings me back to where you can select a franchise again, i tried lading my other franchises and they load up fine. is there anyway to fix this?

Hey there,If your franchise mode is an offline save, it means the data is stored locally on your device and isn't backed up on EA's servers. Unfortunately, if the save becomes corrupted or fails to load, EA cannot restore it.
However, if you have cloud saves enabled through your console’s storage (Xbox, PlayStation, or PC), you may be able to restore a backup. Keep in mind that syncing issues can sometimes overwrite saves.
For example, if you played offline for a few hours and later reconnected to the cloud, you might be prompted to choose between the local save and the cloud save. If the cloud version is selected, it will overwrite the local save, potentially losing progress.If you’re unsure whether a backup exists, check your console’s cloud save settings to see if you can restore an earlier version.
This happens every single time I create a franchise. Every time I try to load back into it, it brings back to my options in which I want load up. Nothing works
