PS5: Paid for the Deluxe edition (Aug 14th) but it appears that only the standard was installed (6:18PM PST). I have not seen the 4600 points which is what tipped me off that something wasn't right. I did get my Rookie Premiere stuff though. Please help.

Still waiting EA? Does anyone even read these to do something about people's bug reports? It is now Aug 25th and not one response from your staff. Again, I PAID for the Deluxe Edition and it shows up on my card but no indication that the Deluxe was downloaded. What's up?
