Didn’t get what I paid for

Yesterday in the new Superbowl event I bought the vip pass $29.99 and the 4x value $24.99 via the store on the game. I’m then bought the 3x value &24.99 on your website. I got the vip pass and one of the $24.99 purchases but not one of them.  I selected three epic Barkleys and the rest epic Mahomes but I only received two Barkleys and one Mahomes plus I didn’t receive the other stuff in the package.  

How do I get this corrected?
