Equipment Customization Issues

When I go in to edit the roster, I often run into a bug after editing a players equipment (gloves, armbands, shoes, etc.) where if I change a piece of gear, then save my changes to that player, I'll find that all of their equipment has been reset for some reason. For example, when I change the type of sleeves that Xavier McKinney has on and save that change, then go back to make more edits to his equipment, all of his equipment will be gone; no gloves, no armbands, and a default helmet and shoes. This happens to players seemingly at random; some allow for changes, while others don't. Am I the only person seeing this?
