I have been playing numerous hours of madden 26 ultimate team but for some reason whenever I complete a new set if any kind the game becomes frozen and the only way I am able to play is closing the game completely and then starting up through the EA app. I have tried to use the repair feature twice via the EA app but this has not resolved the issue. Please please please fix this, it is frustrating not being able to complete multiple multiple sets easily with plenty of items to trade in.
PS5 pro it happens to me 5 or more times EVERY TIME I PLAY from launch til January 2026 to date. It has consistently gotten worse and EA has done nothing to fix it. Yet promos for microtransactions keep being pumped out flawlessly because the game isn't this companies priority or customer satisfaction. Their only goal is to get ppl to blow money daily or weekly on digital cards that have no real value and cost them next to nothing to produce then charge 25$ to 100$s over and over just for those cards to be unplayable or useless in game even a week later. It's repulsive and as a repeat VIP STATUS player who has pre-ordered every copy of Madden since it's been available I must say with things now as bad as ever and the fact that EA hasn't issued a make right, apologies, or a discount towards a future title lets me kno they are not ashamed of this broken product and it clarifies to many that the community doesn't matter, your loyalty doesn't matter, and the game functioning as advertised doesn't matter. I've never seen a game of this magnitude with a community so big let a game go to the point players can't play a game they paid 70$ for in most cases and most have invested 100s of $s in every release building a team. For EA to know thousands of reports and issues have been filed since release and several months later the same issues are worse let's everyone know don't buy this product or invest in it going further. EA or whom ever it concerns will not invest in delivering and sustaining a game with modes that fully function because they care more about promo card art and squeezing more money out of ppl than game quality and keeping their servers adequately maintained and polished so ppl get to enjoy games they already paid for and invested in. EA doesn't care about the money you spent already they only care about the money you'll spend next and that's a terrible business model. The gaj

Microtransactions that you'll never get again because you've lost thousands of customers who will never pre order or spend in game ever again because this has become the worst game online currently. It's unable to play forcing consoles to reboot just to fix CONSTANT CONSISTENT FREEZES. ITS UNACCEPTABLE TO SAY THE LEAST. NO WAY ILL BUY THIS IF ITS NOT FREE AND I SPEND EVERY YEAR ON PROMOS PLUS PRE ORDER AND IM A VIP. U CAN KEEP THIS GOING FORWARD. YOUVE NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED TO FIX THIS GAME.
