I have been having random instances in which I am winning the game and it is not being recorded to my record. This has happened playing h2h road ro playoffs and road to superbowl. It has cost me numerous coins, packs, and a 94 ovr player. After the first time it happened I started taking screenshots to validate with EA, but I was basically told that they can't help me recover my EARNED REWARDS, and ro report the bug. I have tried to pinpoint what is triggering this but I have not been able to narrow it down.
Has anyone else had this happen to them??? Extremely frustrating!!!!
