When I played face of the franchise, my halfback turned into a quarterback. I could only upgrade quarterback skills instead of halfback skills and it completely broke my game. It seems like this issue has been going on since Madden 23 and that EA didn't bother to fix it. I have to restart my whole career just because of this one bug.
I'm playing on PS4 so it might be different for other consoles. This happened a DAY within playing.
Same just happened to me in madden 25. FOF LB position changed to QB and I'm a 99 overall game 10 of season. I'm very upset and EA won't respond 😒
Same exact thing has happened to me 4 different times now. I was playing FOF on Madden 24, but 3 times i encountered this glitch. So I got Madden 25 thinking surely the same bug wouldn’t be there but sure enough… After 8 regular season games in FOF as a halfback, I come back to the same glitch/bug. It’s beyond frustrating and I’ve never seen anything like this EVER in a game. Sure, games will inevitably have bugs and glitches that need worked out.. but it’s obvious EA doesn’t care about the quality of their games because I don’t know how else you could explain this happening.
This happened to just now absolutely gutted pointless even playing the game
