I can’t play with my friends that are on console

I bought madden 25 on steam so I can play with my friends and we created a franchise together and when I had to play them I couldn’t it kept kicking us out and I couldn’t play them or play with them I can only go against the AI and not my friends i don’t know what do I reinstalled the game twice and restarted my pc and nothing worked
