I have been trying to work with EA Support back and forth by chat about my Team Pass not working. However, each time I have to go through the entire long conversation about who I am my information the case number etc no one seems to be able to help me.
My pass shows that I have made progress and unlocked my rewards but when I go into my player card to use what I've unlocked it shows that the item is locked but unlocked on the main Team Pass area.
I have tried so many different kinds of troubleshooting tips and nothing seems to help! Please someone out there help me. I feel like EA is stealing money from me. I paid for a service or add-on and it was never given to me. EA makes me feel like they are a bunch of thieves.
PLEASE HELP!
