It worked for like maybe 2-3 hours and now it’s right back to doing the same thing. I can play all my other games completely fine with no issues so I know it’s not me

Community ManagerYou mention being close to your modem/router and leaving enough space. I just want to make sure you're actually wired. Is there an ethernet cable going from your console to your modem/router?
Also, have you tried the troubleshooting steps listed here?
