It recently just happened maybe a week ago now and yes the Ethernet cable is connected from my router to my PlayStation 5.

Community ManagerIf you've power cycled according to my previous instructions and have gone through all the troubleshooting steps here, try contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. Also, those instructions for updating the DNS should be attempted. If they haven't.
Why would it be anything to do with my internet though whenever I can play every other game totally fine with no issues but madden I cant

Usually, disconnecting in the middle of a game is a connection issue. Is the disconnect happening at the same time? Is there some event that occurs? You could try setting your lineup to best overall. Or remove chemistries from your players. Normally though, those issues prevent you from starting a game rather than disconnecting in the middle of one.
