Losing connection on playstation

EA_Aljoi just bought a new lan cable today and tried it out and it’s still ain’t working my connection speeds are crazy good my download speed and upload speed are both almost 1 GB. I don’t think there’s nothing wrong on my connection side.

Try setting your lineup to best overall. Also, see if removing chemistry from your players helps. This is as a test and helps narrow down what is causing this.

Did you talk to your ISP?

It can’t be my isp bc I went to my moms house and tried it and it’s doing the same thing and I went to my brothers house and it’s doing the same thing 

This **bleep** really **bleep** I’ve been dealing with this for over a week now and ea support can’t help me or basically you can’t. It’s clearly something on yalls side bc my side is great

Been having the same issue for both madden and college

Same issue weather I’m playing franchise move solo or just I could just be in the menu. The game would just freeze. I out of no where.

Exactly I even turned the game to offline and it’s still doing it.

It’s the game I turned mines offline game still freezing at this point it’s unplayable. 

EA_Aljothe thing is I’ll lose ea connection and then when it sends me to the main menu I can connect right back onto the game and then maybe 5-10 minutes later it’ll disconnect me again and I’ll repeat these steps for about maybe an hour or so and then it’ll finally start working.

You said you tried at different locations. Are they both on a different ISP? Were you playing wired or wireless? Is the disconnect still happening in the middle of games?
