Losing connection on playstation

I could just be sitting on the main menu and I lose connection to ea it’s not always when I’m in a game. And it happens on quick play and franchise as well so I don’t see it being an ability issue.

Ea support said that they’re trying to fix something and it’s happening to people as well but they said that you’d be able to explain it to me or something but now since you haven’t said anything about that I feel like they just lied to me or something

That sounds like a stability issue with your connection. I'm not seeing other reports of this and we're not aware of anything. Have you tried talking to your ISP to see if they can run some diagnostics to check for issues?

Is my isp my internet company like I call them and ask them for any issues?

Yes. Your ISP is your Internet Service Provider. Whoever you have your internet service through.

Ok I’ll call them tomorrow and see if there’s any issues. What if there isn’t any issues with that what do I do then?

If they don't notice anything, it would be good to check your ethernet cable to see if there happens to be any damage. Also, it should be at least Cat6. It'll say on the cable what it is. 

Make sure your modem/router's firmware is up to date. If your ISP manages your equipment, they can check for that.

Did you ever figure it out? It's doing the same thing to me on Xbox! Every online game I play I get disconnected and all other games work great.... 

Bro the same thing is happening to me on Xbox seeing the other dude give you options to fix it is not helping because we have tried everything lmaoooo
