Missing H2H Ranked Reward

I am sure that there has been a lot of reports of players not receiving their rewards for h2h ranked and I maybe adding to the pile. However, I too have not received my rewards after reaching champion level. Like most others I clicked season recap after which the mode disappeared and I did not receive the 96 Julius Brents I was expecting to receive. Rather than ask you to give us the player and continue to add to the posts here, I am here to ask you all to acknowledge the problem and to please communicate when players should be expecting their rewards. A little communication goes a long way. All I ask is that you all just respond to one of the player's post or message and respond there or here and notify us when we should be expecting these rewards in game and if there will be any make rights or some sort of make good for the delay.
