My UT ranked player isn't in my binder. I had claimed my rewards from the ranked h2h mode for the julius brents card and nothing happened. Didn't get my card for reaching and staying at champion 2.

Come ea still nothing on these rewards I’ve earned my player fair and square 3100 rank points is more then enough this is ridiculous and I sent you guys proof and still nothing
