Several times this year during the middle of the week Solo Battles will show a black screen and then only display the leader board. I am unable to finish my games or progress my player level until the Friday reset. This has occurred numerous times throughout Madden 25. No error code is displayed.

Same here. It was only open for two days.
This happens EVERY SINGLE WEEK and "customer support" simply directs me here....every....single...week.
Nothing ever gets done. Nothing gets fixed. No compensation. It's always the same.Been happening since release - mainly when seasons refresh but also when the weekly refresh is done - Was happening yesterday and this morning
