No progression

I recently paid $106 to upgrade my cornerback to level 60 and I didn't get my skill points nor unlock the ability slots I have been trying to get EA to fix this and I feel like they're doing absolutely nothing helpful. If this is what I can expect from Madden 26 I won't buy it.
