No reward items available after watching the full MCS final.

After Watching the MCS final in full, and collecting via Twitch, my rewards, I can't see them anywhere to collect and use on my xbsx.

Why is this?

    What's more annoying is that my account is definitely linked to prime and to twitch.tv.
