PlayCall Glitch when loading Favorites

So, in any mode, that I've tried, (Franchise, PLAY Now, Superstar)  When calling plays its fine, but as soon as to select favorites on your play call menu, the game glitches freezes, and i have to close the game. about 30% of the time the game closes itself.
