Premium team pass doesn't give the midfield packs with the rest of the rewards.

I had the team pass finished then decided to get the premium upgrade. It gave all the player card rewards, the coins, madden points & xp boost. It only gave 1 midfield pack tho presumably the one from the last level, 40. The other 12 packs from previous levels didn't go through. Its just midfield packs but still, missing paid content.
