Premium team pass not giving rewards

I have Madden 25 on Xbox and PC. They're both linked to the same Microsoft (and EA) account. So progress doesn't follow one to the other. I play MUT. I bought the premium team pass on both systems. I reached level 30 on PC and i only have the rewards for level 29&30. I also reached level 30 on Xbox. I have the rewards for everything but levels 29&30. I believe I reached (roughly) level 28 on Xbox then went and played PC a bunch and got to level 30 on that account before I reached 30 on Xbox. It's as if the team pass is linked and doesn't want to give me duplicate rewards, when in actuality, its not differentiating that these are on 2 separate consoles. I paid for it on both systems. So I paid 10$ to get basically nothing on my PC account and I'm missing the last 2 levels of rewards on Xbox. I feel robbed. I want my money back at minimum. But I'm sure that won't happen, I'd honestly rather have all the rewards that I'm supposed to get. I did this for stupid flair and I feel like a fool. My attachments are proof that I reached level 30 in season 6 on my PC account but only have 1 profile picture available (I'm level 9 on season 7) What happened to all the other levels?
