Roster rev tokens lost

I have been made aware of an issue where the 98-99 roster rev sets were bugged. I had put 23 out of 25 tokens in and the set has since been pulled from the game. I worked hard for those tokens that I was going to use to get TE Noah Gray for my theme team and now I can't and I still lost my tokens.
