Still haven’t received my twitch MCS player

Season 3 is well on its way and I have yet to receive Tristin McCollum. I watched the game to entirety like everyone else when it glitched out not tracking anyone’s accounts. I just recently tried disconnecting my twitch and re connecting thinking that was the issue. 

I did not receive the player still..?
