When me and my friends try to click on to the sugar rush cards out of the eggs we opened, it says that an error occurs

Doing some check-ups on the Sugar Rush packs and content. Seeing some threads where players are being disconnected, and receiving server errors when trying to perform one of the following actions:
Opening packs
Adding players to sets
Editing a lineup with said content
Editing players from the pack
If you are having issues with these packs, please provide the information below so we can investigate.

- Platform:
- Which console generation do you have?
- What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?
- Date/time issue occurred?
- What type of issue do you have? Server connection error - Lineup error, etc
- Summarize your bug: Be as specific as you can
- Which mode has this happened in?
- Which part of the mode?
- Have you made any changes to your UT lineup?
- Have you generated a new lineup if it is related to the lineup?
rookdarren, ps5, server connection error, can’t get into ultimate team, haven’t been able to get on for 2 hours, please can you help me. I’d love to get on an open my eater stuff.

drook2006 Not being able to get into UT is a different issue from the issues happening on this thread. When you try to log into UT what is specifically happening?
