I purchased a Super Bowl Present Pack that showed a Buy 1, Get 2 offer four days ago and did not receive the two free packs. I’ve connected with EA Chat 4 times, shared a picture of the offer from the Marketplace, and three times was told ‘the team is working on it’ and the fourth time was told I needed to resolve this via Microsoft.
Who do I need to talk to in order to get the content I purchased. It’s only decreasing in value at this point and if it weren’t for the offer I would t have purchased in the first place.
