Super bowl run

I've played 4 games in a row now but none of them recorded my wins this is ridiculous. I played the whole 4 games through to the end and none of them counted when I got back to the dashboard. I should have my 95 player already if this didn't happen this is unfair. I know it's not my internet connection. This needs to be fixed and I deserve my 95 ovr superbowl player. I've been having a blast playing this game but now this is ticking me off I have video proof of it not counted my wins. But in h2h seasons that records my wins just fine. Just please ea give me my 95 player.
